Folded Heart Embellishment

Here's a fun print-and-cut Valentine embellishment that I've engineered for you - a foldable patchwork heart. The heart can be used as a cardtopper, gift embellishmet, or decoration. It can be folded either of two ways - tabs in (for a swirly effect) or out (for a more tailored look).
